What is Joysoles?
Joysoles provides various high-quality products and opportunities specifically designed to support women with diabetes.
When Will I Receive My Package?
All orders take 1-3 business days to process after your order is placed. Thereafter, packages will take 5-12 business days to reach you. Your confirmation email received upon ordering will enclose your package’s ETA. Please note, the ETA is an estimate and does not account for weekends or holidays. There are no shipment notification emails sent.
What Payment Types Do We Accept?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Debit Visas, Net Banking and UPI.
Where Do You Ship?
We currently only ship within India.
How Do I Track My Order?
Check your email. We’ll email updates as we process your order, including carrier tracking details for shipped orders. Check your Promotions and/or Spam folders if you did not receive one.
Tracking information can take up to 24 hours to appear after your item ships.
You can also check the status of an order at any time by logging into your account at the top right of joysoles.in (look for the person icon in the top right, then click "Log in").
If you did not receive your order number via email within 48 hours of purchase, please contact customer service.
