To maintain these high standards, once an item has been shipped, it remains untouched by anyone other than our team. This guarantees that no product has been handled or compromised, whether opened or unopened.

We understand that unexpected issues may arise. Our team is here to resolve any concerns you may have. If you experience any problems with your Joysoles order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your product.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, kindly reach out to our customer service team within 14 days. Provide a photo of the item, including all original packaging and shipping materials, along with a brief explanation of the issue. Please make sure the photo clearly shows your name. Unfortunately, if the 14-day window has passed, we may not be able to process your request.
